Welcome to Module 1 on the fundamentals of project presentation, also known as “storytelling”.

In this training module, we’ll look at what storytelling is, how to design your message and create a link between your structure and the communication targets you want to reach.

Learning objectives :

  • To understand the basics of storytelling and what it is all about
  • To identify the storytelling potential in your organisation
  • To learn how to structure an effective pitch (key elements of a convincing speech)
  • To develop engaging messages adapted to each target audience (funders, partners)
  • To master rhythm, register and tone

About Alexandra Robert, trainer

Alexandra Robert is a semiotician, cultural researcher and designer based in Paris. She founded the agency Les Lieux Dits and is a consultant for many brands/companies in France and for international agencies. She works on positioning and innovation projects with a specific interest in speculative design. She teaches brand strategy and storytelling in different entrepreneurial networks in Paris, facilitates co-design workshops and conducts independent research on the place of narratives in transformation processes and collective action.
