Your use of this website constitutes your acceptance of the general conditions and disclaimers.
This site may contain links to other websites. Empow'Her assumes no responsibility for the content of sites other than those that are part of the FON Platform by Empow'Her Global.
This entire platform is governed by French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for video content, teaching methods, downloadable documents, iconographic and photographic representations and editorial content. The brands mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Reproduction of the training modules (and in particular the video clips) or any other component of this platform on any electronic medium whatsoever is strictly prohibited without the express authorisation of the publication director. You undertake not to use this platform for purposes that are unlawful or prohibited by law or by the legal and contractual notices.
7. Respect for privacy
Data processing is based on the consent of the User wishing to access the training courses offered on the Platform.
The personal information collected by Empow'Her is stored in a drive to which access is restricted to team members, and is mainly used for the proper management and operation of the Platform, as well as to fill in indicators for monitoring the training program with donors.
The personal information collected is kept until 1 year after the end of the FON project, which shall not exceed the end date of June 2026, unless the User has exercised, under the conditions set out below, one of his/her rights under the law. These data belong to Empow'Her Global for the duration of the project.
The processing being administered in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, as amended by Law No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data (known as the ‘RGPD’).
The User has the right to access, rectify and delete his/her data at any time by contacting Empow'Her Global, 82 rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin 75010 Paris, [email protected].
In accordance with the essential requirement of security of personal data, Empow'Her undertakes, within the framework of the execution of its training courses, to take all necessary technical and organisational measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of personal data and, in particular, to prevent such data from being distorted, damaged, lost, diverted, corrupted, disclosed, transmitted and/or communicated to unauthorised persons.
8. Copyright
All elements of any kind (still images, moving images, photographs, databases, trademarks, illustrations, logos, drawings, models, downloadable documents, videos, practical exercises, etc.) contained on the https://fon.empow-her.com/ website are protected by copyright.
As such, without the prior written authorisation of Empow'Her, any reproduction, representation, adaptation or modification, in whole or in part, of any of the elements making up the site, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
