It is jointly funded by the Agence française de développement and the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs as part of a dedicated fund, the Fonds de soutien aux organisations féministes (FSOF), created in 2019.
This 4-year project, starting in 2022, will provide financial and technical support to local feminist organisations working to fight gender-based violence in the following 10 countries: Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Colombia, Côte d'Ivoire, Ethiopia, Guinea, Kenya, Mexico, Niger and Sri Lanka.

The project's activities are aimed at facilitating their access to funding, developing their network to encourage the sharing of good practice and strengthening their actions at a local, national and international level with decision-making and advocacy bodies.
The final impact sought by the project is to strengthen feminist organisations in the South as agents of change by helping to create a favorable environment (at individual, community and systemic levels) enabling them to fight gender-based violence (GBV) and create synergies.
