Welcome to the module “Developing your impact measurement methodology”!
In this module, we will look at what impact measurement is, what it is useful for and how to use it, and how to put it in place in the most efficient way for your organisation and its activities.

- Understand the benefits of impact measurement and its implications for your organisation’s activities
- Define your impact measurement indicators
- Map your organisation’s social impacts
- Frame your impact measurement methodology by choosing a measurement method, defining the collection method and the sample.
- Set up an impact monitoring and evaluation system
About Gloria Ba, trainer

With a background in European project management and then in sustainable management and corporate social responsibility (CSR), Gloria is ScaleChanger’s right-hand woman.
She began her career as head of partnerships and international exchanges in public and private organizations, including several higher education establishments in France (Université Paris Sorbonne IV, ESCP Europe) and abroad, before turning to sustainable development.
She then joined Total’s Sustainable Development unit for the Africa-Middle East zone, before spending 4 years in charge of the LeAD Campus – Leaders for the Africa of Tomorrow training program, on behalf of Sciences Po Paris and then AFD. This executive training program supports African professionals and entrepreneurs in developing their leadership, business and impact for sustainable, inclusive growth on the continent.
Involved in social economy organisations, Gloria joined ScaleChanger where she manages the organisation’s strategic and cross-functional projects, such as communication, impact assessment, knowledge management, etc., while also managing activities related to individual or collective support missions, particularly in Africa (project and impact assessment, mentoring, etc.).
